Paul D. DeStefanis, P.A. d/b/a Advanced Business Valuations is a professional consulting firm created in 1990. Advanced Business Valuations' objectives are to provide focused and effective business valuation services and litigation support services. Advanced Business Valuations has worked extensively with the "Big 4" accounting and consulting firms and has significant experience and knowledge about accounting, financial statement analysis, and tax issues related to valuations. in the area of business valuations. Advanced Business Valuations

manner. We are not CPAs who occasionally offer business valuation
services or litigation support services, but dedicated professionals
who are highly specialized in this area. THE PRINCIPAL WPaul D. DeStefanis, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA, has over twenty years of professional experience, including eight years with an international accounting and consulting firm. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is an Accredited Business Valuator (an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants designation), an Accredited Senior Appraiser (an American Society of Appraisers ("ASA") designation) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (a National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst ("NACVA") designation). He is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers ("IBA"). The ASA, NACVA and IBA are organizations whose members are a dominant force in the business valuation and litigation support discipline. His designations recognize extensive training and experience in the specialized field of business valuations, litigation support and financial analysis. He is a past member of the NACVA'S Education Board and graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a BS in Accounting. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has completed hundreds of valuations, including intangible asset valuations, and has successfully defended his work to the SEC and IRS Mr. DeStefanis spent eight years working for Deloitte & Touche. During his tenure, he worked in both the audit and tax area and he specialized in merger and acquisition transactions and worked for such clients as KKR, Forstmann Little & Co., First Boston, Goldman Sachs, and Drexel, Burnham & Lambert. His M&A experience included broadcasting, cable TV, professional and financial services, computer and technology, investment banking, and the entertainment industries. After working with Deloitte & Touche, Mr. DeStefanis joined a diversified publicly-held entertainment company as its Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DeStefanis was directly responsible for all financial matters and successfully structured numerous public and private placements. Subsequently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a merchant banking and corporate consulting firm active in business valuations, fairness opinions and international trade consulting.
